See you in clinic soon! - Body Science Team

My lifelong fascination with the human body and mind guided me to McMaster University, where I obtained an Honours Bachelor of Science, majoring in Biology with a minor in Psychology. Through my undergraduate studies and personal health experiences, I realized the need for holistic, patient-centered care. My dedication to transforming the healthcare experience led me to the Canadian College of Naturopathic Medicine, where I earned the title of a licensed Naturopathic Doctor. Additionally, I completed a graduate certificate in infant and child mental health. Further, I completed naturopathic doula training with the goal of integrating naturopathic teachings at the earliest stages of life.

Driven by the belief that everyone deserves empowering and high-quality healthcare, my approach to care combines evidence-based practices with individualized care. With a passion in chronic pain, inflammation, metabolic, hormonal, digestive, and mental health, I design treatments tailored to address health issues at their root.

Community engagement remains close to my heart. My volunteer efforts at Toronto Sick Kids and Habitat for Humanity underscore my commitment to collective well-being. Outside the clinic, I find solace in exploring nature’s trails and seeking new adventures with friends and family.

Fluent in English and Italian, I am well-equipped to serve a diverse clientele. Alongside general naturopathy, I’m certified in Cosmetic Acupuncture, bringing a holistic lens to beauty and health.

Join me on a collaborative journey, harnessing the best available evidence and your personal values to achieve optimal health.

My journey to becoming a chiropractor began during my undergraduate studies, where I had the opportunity to research patient perceptions of pharmaceutical drug advertisements. That experience sparked a passion for creating meaningful change in an area that almost everyone can relate to at some point in their lives: pain. Chiropractic became a career that allows me to connect with people while helping them better understand their bodies, improve their function, and feel more confident managing their health.

As a youth athlete, I personally experienced hip pain beginning at age 15 that persisted for several years. It wasn’t until I sought chiropractic care that I finally felt heard and found a treatment approach that helped reduce my pain and improve my ability to manage it independently. This experience shaped the way I approach patient care today. I understand the dedication, discipline, and demands that come with being an athlete, and I’ve had the opportunity to work with athletes as both a trainer and sideline medic in hockey and rugby.

As your chiropractor, my goal is to understand what is contributing to your pain or movement limitations, help you understand what’s going on, and give you the tools to take an active role in your recovery. I believe the best care goes beyond what happens in the treatment room. Depending on your needs and goals, treatment may include chiropractic adjustments, joint mobilizations, acupuncture, soft tissue therapy, and individualized exercise prescription and rehabilitation. Together, we’ll work to improve your pain, mobility, strength, and confidence in your body so you can get back to the activities that matter most to you.

Whether your goal is returning to sport, getting back to the activities you love, or simply moving through your day with less pain, I want you to leave the clinic not only feeling better, but understanding your body and knowing what you can do to keep making progress.
